8. Company Transfers
Where we provide a company at your request for transfer to a third party, all transfer documents must be returned to us within fourteen days of the date of registration of the company. We will not be responsible for any late fees imposed by ASIC where the transfer documents are not lodged within any prescribed period of time through no fault of ours. You indemnify us in respect of any late fees imposed by ASIC.
