Change of Company Name

For the process of changing a company name, ACTS will conduct a company search to obtain the current company information prior to the preparation of documents and unless otherwise advised, we will prepare the necessary ASIC forms to notify ASIC of the changes and the supporting documentation.

Change of Company Name Includes Minutes, Consents, Notices and Company Seal (if ordered).

Changing a company name costs $685 inc. GST.
