A Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) allows individuals to become more engaged and have total control over their superannuation investments. Being responsible for your investments means you’re in control of your retirement planning.

A SMSF opens the door to a whole range of investment options that are otherwise restricted in a regular superannuation fund. This could include artwork, gold, property and commodities. A SMSF allows for greater investment flexibility on acquiring and selling investments and gives individuals a hands-on approach to their future funds.

ACTS online forms enable Lawyers, Accountants, Financial Advisors, private businesses and individuals to establish a SMSF Trust Deed or a full SMSF package for their clients or themselves.

AML/CTF Requirements Apply

The establishment of a Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) is a designated service under Australia's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) legislation.

Before we can provide this service, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements must be satisfied. This may involve verifying the identity of individuals and obtaining information about the proposed fund, trustee(s) and other relevant parties.

If Customer Due Diligence (CDD) has already been completed and ACTS is able to rely on that verification, no additional CDD will be required. Where ACTS is required to undertake CDD, a flat fee of $39 per entity will apply.

Providing the requested information promptly will help us complete your order as quickly as possible.
