Deregistration means your company will cease to exist as a legal entity.
Once the application has been lodged with ASIC, ASIC will publish a notice of the company’s proposed deregistration on their insolvency notices website at www.insolvencynotices.asic.gov.au. ASIC may deregister the company two months after the publication of the notice. Notification of the deregistration will be sent to the applicant or person nominated on the application to receive the notice.
ACTS can deregister a company with ASIC on your behalf. Complete the form below to submit your instructions.
Company deregistration costs $295 inc. GST.
